The Marine Ceramic Coating Process

Step 1: Package Selection and Boat Preparation

Marine ceramic coating installation begins with the selection of the appropriate package for your boat, including gelcoat and paint correction. Unsure of what your boat needs? Our team is here to assist you. After choosing your package, the crucial first step is the surface preparation we provide. To eliminate existing contamination, your boat undergoes an Ultimate or Premier Detail Package. During this step, our team thoroughly cleans the entire exterior, ensuring optimal bonding of the Graphene coating to your boat's finish. After, we paint correct and gelcoat your boat.


Step 2: Application of Your Ceramic Coating

The ceramic coating can now be applied once the surface is impeccably clean and fully prepared. Our ceramic coating packages have two coats of ceramic coating applied from the gunnels to the waterline.  Depending on which ceramic coating package is chosen, additional ceramic coating may be applied to other surfaces or below the waterline. No matter which package is chosen, we always ensure complete coverage is happening along the way.


Step 3: Final Inspection of the Installation

Curing comes immediately after the installation process. We thoroughly review and inspect your ceramic coating to ensure a quality application has taken place to ensure seamless coverage that looks spectacular and is easy to maintain.
